Chart and bill as you always do. Clinico applies the CNS nomenclature and checks the simulation with the CNS rules engine while the patient is still in the chair.

The patient pays their part

Their part only. That payment triggers the PID. If there is no participation to pay, the patient's agreement on the simulation triggers it instead.

The CNS pays you

The insured share arrives by instant transfer, usually within seconds. A few banks still take up to 48 hours.
